Physical Therapist — Outpatient Orthopedics & Sports Rehabilitation

Help active adults and athletes recover, rebuild strength, and return to the activities they love. We're seeking licensed physical therapists who enjoy orthopedic rehab, hands-on treatment, and progressive exercise in a gym and performance environment.

• —$55–$70 per hour base pay plus productivity incentives
• —60-minute, one-on-one initial evaluations
• —30 minutes of direct PT treatment + 30 minutes of progressive exercise with aides and performance staff
• —New graduates encouraged to apply — OCS/SCS specialists welcome
• —Full-time or part-time — part-time is a two-day-per-week minimum

Strength & Performance Coach

Program and coach private and semi-private sessions on VERT hydraulic equipment with athletes ranging from high school to pro.

• —CSCS, NSCA-CPT, or equivalent certification
• —Experience with velocity-based training a plus
• —Comfortable coaching 1-on-1 and groups of up to 4
• —Growth path into lead coach and programming roles

Physical Therapy Aide

Support our PTs and athletes by keeping sessions moving smoothly, setting up equipment, and maintaining the treatment floor.

• —Interest in sports medicine, physical therapy, or kinesiology
• —Helpful, organized, and comfortable in a fast-moving gym environment
• —Assist with exercises, equipment setup, and clinic flow
• —Great stepping-stone toward PT school or a clinical career

Front Desk

Be the first face athletes see when they walk in. Handle check-ins, scheduling, calls, and keep the front of house running.

• —Friendly, detail-oriented, and reliable
• —Experience with Mindbody or similar scheduling software a plus
• —Handle phone, email, and in-person scheduling
• —Support members and keep the clinic experience professional
