Help active adults and athletes recover, rebuild strength, and return to the activities they love. VERT Sports Therapy is seeking a licensed physical therapist who enjoys orthopedic rehabilitation, hands-on treatment, and progressive exercise in a gym and performance environment.
We welcome both new graduates with strong orthopedic clinical rotations and experienced clinicians looking to develop a lasting patient following. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available — part-time roles are two days per week minimum.

Our clinical approach
- —60-minute, one-on-one initial evaluations
- —Follow-up visits include 30 minutes of direct PT treatment followed by 30 minutes of progressive exercise supported by aides and performance staff
- —An orthopedic and sports caseload that includes active adults, athletes, and privately insured patients
- —Collaboration with strength and performance coaches to connect rehabilitation with return-to-sport goals
- —Mentorship and training to help you grow your clinical skills and build your caseload
What you'll do
- —Evaluate patients and develop individualized, evidence-based plans of care
- —Combine hands-on treatment with progressive strengthening and functional rehabilitation
- —Guide patients toward measurable recovery and return-to-activity goals
- —Build patient trust through clear communication and consistent care
- —Collaborate with the team and maintain accurate, timely documentation
- —Develop an efficient, sustainable caseload while maintaining clinical quality
What we're looking for
- —Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- —Current license to practice physical therapy in California
- —New graduates with strong orthopedic clinical rotations encouraged to apply
- —Experienced clinicians and OCS- or SCS-certified specialists welcome
- —Must be able to commute or relocate to Los Angeles, CA 90025
Schedule
Full-time or part-time — part-time is a two-day-per-week minimum. Weekday hours with occasional Saturday morning coverage. Flexible scheduling available.
Compensation & benefits
Base pay: $55–$70 per hour, based on experience, specialty credentials, clinical skills, and the responsibilities of the position. Experienced orthopedic and sports specialists, including OCS- or SCS-certified therapists, may qualify for the upper end of the range. Part-time specialists are encouraged to apply.
Additional opportunities include productivity incentives that reward caseload growth and contribution; retention bonuses at defined service milestones, with eligibility and terms provided in the written offer; and compensation reviews based on performance, professional development, and contribution to the practice. Retention bonuses are separate from base pay and productivity incentives.
