Apply for this role

About the role

VERT Sports Therapy is expanding to meet growing patient demand. We're hiring up to two clinicians — either one full-time physical therapist or a flexible full-time/part-time mix. Our current team is built around experienced orthopedic therapists, and we're looking for clinicians who want to deliver high-quality, patient-first care while growing alongside the practice. Evaluations are 60 minutes one-on-one. Follow-up treatments are 30 minutes hands-on with you, followed by 30 minutes of loaded, progressive work alongside our aides and performance staff.

What you'll do

  • Perform 60-minute one-on-one initial evaluations
  • Deliver 30-minute hands-on treatment sessions, with a second 30 minutes guided by support staff
  • Build and progress individualized rehab and return-to-sport programs
  • Treat active adults, athletes, workers' comp, and personal injury cases
  • Coordinate with strength coaches on each athlete's training plan
  • Document accurately and on time

What we're looking for

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Current license to practice physical therapy in California
  • 1 year of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred; new grads with strong clinical backgrounds considered
  • Sports or orthopedic clinic experience helpful, but mentoring and training will be provided
  • CPR/BLS certification
  • Must be able to commute or relocate to Los Angeles, CA 90025

Schedule

Full-time or part-time, weekday hours with occasional Saturday morning coverage. Flexible scheduling available.
